- All of our handbags and Shawls are shipped from the USA.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (New York time) are processed the same business day.
- Processing Time: It usually takes us 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri) to get everything packed and ready to ship.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Time & Cost
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–6 business days (Mon-Fri).
- Total Delivery Time: From order to doorstep, expect your shawl in 6–8 business days.
And the best part? Shipping is completely free, no extra fees, no surprises.
Order Tracking
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use it to keep an eye on your delivery status. If you didn’t receive your tracking info or have trouble using it, just reach out to us, we’ll be happy to help.
Wrong Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address by mistake? It happens!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know as soon as possible so we can update it for you. Once the package is on its way, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within a few hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to make the change before the order is processed.
Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute the package.
30-Day Return Policy
Not quite what you expected? No worries, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Items must be new and unused to qualify. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.
