We really hope you love your new shawl, but if for any reason it’s not quite what you expected, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we’re not able to accept returns.
How to Return
Returning your item is simple. Just send us an email at support@luxily.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once we review your request, we’ll send you a return label that you can download and print at home.
Then, just pack up the item carefully, attach the label, and drop it off with the shipping carrier.
Condition of Items
We can only accept returns on items that are new, unused, and in their original condition. That means no signs of wear or use, and the item should be returned in its original packaging if possible.
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Shipping
The cost of sending the item back is your responsibility. We don’t provide prepaid shipping, but we also don’t charge any restocking fees—returns are always free to restock on our end.
What Can’t Be Returned
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns on personalized or custom-made shawls. These items are specially made and can’t be resold.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different shawl, you’ll just need to return the original one (if eligible), and place a new order for the one you want. It’s the fastest and easiest way to get the item you really want.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
Keep in mind it might take a few extra days for the money to show up on your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
