At Luxily, We have a 30-day Return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the most efficient method is to first return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Eligibility for Returns (Product Condition):

Item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method:

If you want to start a return process, Reach us at support@luxily.shop. If your return is accepted, We will send you return label, with detailed instructions on how to return product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Currency:

Prices listed on the Luxily website are in US Dollars ($).

Return Label:

You have to Download and Print. If your return is accepted, We will send you return label link, with detailed instructions on how to return product.

Restocking Fee:

No restocking fee will be charged on Return of Product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receiving them. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue for you.

Not Eligible for Return

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you are unsure of your product’s return eligibility.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
